Learning for Work (LFW) was established to address the growing gap between education, skills development, and employment opportunities
The organization was founded with the vision of empowering youth, job seekers, and professionals with practical skills that improve employability, productivity, and economic participation.
Recognizing that many graduates and job seekers possess academic qualifications but lack workplace-ready skills, LFW was created to provide industry-relevant training, career guidance, and workforce development services. The organization focuses on equipping individuals with the competencies required by today’s labor market, including digital literacy, soft skills, entrepreneurship, freelancing, and career readiness.
